Dear ex-colleagues, Dear jobseekers, interested in SCHNEIDER GROUP,

Over the past couple of years quite some feedback was given in this and other forums on the internet on corporate rules etc. at SCHNEIDER GROUP. Very often, I was personally directly addressed. I would like to use this opportunity to respond to some of the points mentioned.

SCHNEIDER GROUP successfully developed in the Russian speaking countries over the last 15 years. Part of the success are Western and mainly German corporate rules embedded into the great work all colleagues of our offices delivered. I am very grateful for all the fascinating contribution that Russian, Kazakhstani, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Polish and other colleagues made for our clients, for our team and the company.

Partially, the rules were hard. This I can say also for myself as the General Director & Founder of the firm and my understanding certainly was that I also had to comply fully with these rules – what I did (but also often had to show quite some discipline to follow them).

Times change and at SCHNEIDER GROUP we have a great team of colleagues who accept to take over more and more responsibility. This goes in line with granting more and more flexibility to everybody. We might have developed this rather late and I acknowledge that this created some frustration and led to some colleagues leaving us.

I appreciate the open dialogue on such matters, in particular with those who personally talk with me. I also see emotions are quite high in some messages. Therefore we would like to start a dialogue and I am very happy to announce that we will launch this December the new

SCHNEIDER GROUP Alumni Club

The first event of this Alumni Club will be on Wednesday, 27th December at 18.00 in our office. Many of the comments here mentioned the great people working in this company: you can enjoy talks among ex-colleagues and with current co-workers of our Moscow office. Certainly, I myself am looking forward to having a chat with you. I will also give an update on the current developments in our company.

The SCHNEIDER GROUP Alumni Club is open not only for ex-colleagues, but also for potential future colleagues who would like to get acquainted or re-acquainted with our company.
